Upcoming courses
What is covered in the course?
We’ll start by exploring how to become aware of your thoughts, connect with your body, and get out of your head. Then you’ll learn how to be kind to yourself and let go of judgement. Each week builds on the last.

By focusing on the texture of clay, the movement of a paint brush and the colours on your page, you will start practicing these mindfulness skills in a way that can be applied to everyday life, because real-life isn’t sitting on a cushion with your eyes closed.

What should I wear?
We’ll be working with a variety of art and craft materials including clay and paint so we invite you to bring an apron to protect your clothes.

Are materials included in the price?
Yes, all course materials and equipment will be provided. All tools and unused materials must be returned at the end of each class.

Can I take photos in class?
Feel free to take photos of your work. Please check with instructors and fellow participants before featuring them in photos.
